Construction Activities:
We will start gas well drilling and its associated construction at the High Acres Landfill beginning on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. We will be installing 9 gas wells in Cell 15 for this project. This scheduled work is due to be completed by the end of the working day today, weather dependent.
We will employ all necessary odor control measures throughout this work, ensuring that all drill cuttings from the boreholes will be transported to and disposed of in the active portion of the landfill immediately during drilling activities. All boreholes will be drilled using a vacuum hood to keep odor to a minimum during drilling operations. All drill bore holes will be promptly covered and not left open overnight.
Our contractors understand that keeping odors to a minimum is a top priority, and we will provide appropriate oversight on this work.
Temporary odors may occur during trenching and construction activities necessary for project completion and future improvements.

Renewable Energy Powerplant and Landfill Gas Management:
Continuous use of gas collection wells and flares for odor control. Ongoing work includes raising gas collection wells, installing additional horizontal gas collectors, installing gas vacuum lines, and upgrading the gas collection wells for drainage and collection enhancement. Well-raising is a daily activity in coordination with filling operations.
